CORPORATE PORTRAIT SERVICE AGREEMENT TERMS

Scope of Services:
All our services and products will be furnished in strict accordance with the specifications detailed in the formal quotation provided.
Price and Service Modifications:
Upon acceptance of the formal quotation, no modifications will be entertained pertaining to the pricing or services. Any requests for alterations to services, dates, or any other aspects of the quote will incur additional charges, adjustments to timelines, or other related changes.
Usage of Photographs:
Photographs taken during the photography session may be utilized across social media platforms, print advertisements, and within our portfolio to showcase our work to prospective, existing, and new clients.
Booking Confirmation and Deposit:
Confirmation of bookings will be confirmed upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total quotation.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations made at least eight business days prior to the scheduled date will qualify for a full 100% refund of the initial deposit. Cancellations falling outside this stipulated timeframe will be eligible for a 50% refund of the initial deposit.
Facility Requirements:
To ensure smooth execution of our services, the provision of essential facilities such as electricity and a dedicated area is necessary. Failure to fulfill these requirements will not be our responsibility and might lead to delays and supplementary charges.
Photography Sessions and Coordination:
Each photography session, whether an individual or group shot, will be allocated a 10-minute interval. It is your responsibility to arrange an internal schedule ensuring all participants are prepared for their respective sessions. Please ensure your team is informed about the photography session and is cooperative during the process.
Photo Selection and Editing:
Each individual will have the opportunity to select their preferred photos, which will undergo editing and subsequent upload. Any alterations to the chosen photographs may necessitate additional sessions or editing processes, incurring extra charges.
Standard Editing Services:
Our standard editing service encompasses color and light correction, along with retouching of skin, eyes, and teeth, all aimed at producing a natural end product. Any deviations from standard editing, such as color manipulation, object removal or addition, and alterations to body appearance, will entail additional charges and time investment.

We are delighted to extend our photography services to you. Below, we present comprehensive details about our agreement:
Service Inclusions:
Our selected service entails succinct ten-minute photography sessions. Each session encompasses three distinct poses, each yielding three resultant photographs. Among these nine images, the subject will select three preferred photos, one per pose. Each participant will receive the final, edited versions of their chosen photos. Our editing services cover color and light correction, in addition to skin, eye, and teeth retouching. Furthermore, we offer enhancements to ensure a final product that appears natural. However, it's important to note that our editing services exclude activities such as color manipulation, object removal/addition, and alterations to appearances. Should you require specialized editing, we're open to discussing your unique needs.
Space and Electricity Requisites:
To proficiently provide our services, a minimum of 2 x 3 meters of indoors unoccupied space and access to AC electricity are prerequisites.
Recommendations:
We strongly advise that you communicate with your staff and subjects being photographed regarding any recommendations concerning dress code, branding, makeup, hairstyle, or other elements essential for your brand's consistent representation through the photographs. It's recommended that these arrangements are made well in advance of the scheduled photography session.
Quotation Validity and Deposit:
The validity of this quotation will extend for a duration of 8 business days subsequent to the mutually accepted quotation. To confirm your reservation of our services, a deposit amounting to 50% of the total is essential before the mentioned date.
Cancellation Policy:
Should the need for cancellation arise, a notice period of a minimum of eight business days prior to the scheduled photography date is necessary. This ensures a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations within a time frame of less than eight business days will warrant a 50% refund of the initial deposit.
Rescheduling Policy:
Should rescheduling become necessary, notification of at least four business days prior to the photography session date is required. Failure to comply might lead to additional charges.
